Our refund and returns policy for candles lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any candle showing obvious signs of use
– Any candle not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any candle returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. If after all these steps, you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@johnswicks.co.
Only regularly priced candles may be refunded. Sale candles cannot be refunded.
We only replace candles if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at sales@johnswicks.co and send your item to: 1603 22nd St. Suite 204, West Des Moines, IA, 50266.
If the candle was marked as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned candle, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the candle wasn’t marked as a gift upon purchase, the refund will go to the gift giver.
To return your candle, mail it to: 1603 22nd St. Suite 204, West Des Moines, IA, 50266. You’re responsible for the shipping costs when returning the candle. These costs are non-refundable. Consider using trackable shipping or buying shipping insurance for pricier candles.
